Welcome to Oak Creek Eldersburg

Oak Creek is a single family home community in Eldersburg, MD established in 2010.  It features 61 homes constructed by both Bob Ward and Ryan Homes builders.  We have a beautiful, safe, & family-oriented neighborhood and we take pride in our community!

From the HOA President - February 22, 2024

UPDATE 5/19/24: We have received zero interest in the upcoming election for HOA board. Please let us know if you would like to become a board member. 

Greetings, community members!  Below are a few updates for you.

1) I am working on finalizing 2023 Y/E financial information to be published on the website for homeowner viewing.

2) We are in talks with residents across the street in Morgan Estates to hopefully coordinate a Spring date for community yard sales. Stay tuned!

3) This Spring we will have elections for a new HOA Board.  If you are interested in running for President, Vice President, or Treasurer (or have questions regarding these positions), please send an email to eldersburgoakcreek@gmail.com.  More information to come on the actual voting process, likely in April.

4) An in-person HOA meeting will be scheduled once the new Board is elected.
