HOA Dues

It's time to pay our 2024 Oak Creek HOA dues and the amount will remain the same as 2022, which was $300.  Invoices will be distributed to all homeowners by the end of March.  Thank you for submitting your payment by June 1st.

Checks should be made payable to "Oak Creek HOA"

You have two available options to submit payments:

1. Place in an envelope and drop in the mailbox at 1912 Oden Ct.

2. Mail your check to the following address:

We live in a wonderful, unique neighborhood comprised of a great community of people!  The Oak Creek Home Owners Association is a voluntary group formed to benefit all of us with community activities and beautiful grounds.  To ensure the success of our continued efforts we need your help.  Your annual membership dues enable the Association to:

     • professionally landscape the front entrance sign and along Monroe Ave, mow the common    areas as well as along Bennett Rd
     • host social opportunities throughout the year
     • maintain Oak Creek's website and Facebook pages,
     • keep you informed of safety issues and other important Oak Creek information,
     • and many more community-building efforts!

Please communicate your ideas/concerns (email us at EldersburgOakCreek@gmail.com) to us, and, if you would like to be more involved, consider volunteering during an activity and/or to be on the board.
